Pine Manor was created as a gathering place for psychological and spiritual exploration and healing. It is nestled amongst the Pines of the Cleveland National Forest. Pine Manor has a unique Hobbit-like cluster of small earthen buildings that were built to demonstate various natural earthen building materials and possibilities and are used for teaching purposes and for relaxation or mediatation.

Pine Manor hosts workshops by Michael Seick, Ph.D. and Gail Warner, MA, MFT, as well as various groups that include T'ai Chi, yoga, and creative arts. Pine Manor is dedicated to an open-minded exploration of self and to emotional and spiritual discovery and unfolding. It is a Guest House (as in Rumi's poem) to hold people's experiences with curiosity and compassion. The staff wants to serve in a helpful and respectful way. Pine Manor encourages quiet spaces, listening, and time for nature, laughter, and creativity.
