  SILENT RETREAT

Jan 17-21st, 2018

begins Wed @ 4:00 pm – ends Sun @ 2:00 pm

This Silent Retreat is not a meditation retreat, though we begin each day and end each day in meditation. This is a time to listen to deeper currents below the noise of the world, below the noise of the media and below the noise of your own mind.  Silence allows you to go below the surface and listen to things often out of range in the midst of life’s pressures and demands.  What is your heart saying to you?  What wisdom will guide you?

What do you really need and what if what you are looking for is actually looking for you?   We get so caught up in doing that we can miss the simple gift of being.  What is it like to relax into trust and stand on the ground of gratitude?

You will have time to explore inner currents of thought and feeling through writing, Sand Tray, Journey Circles, and SoulCollage® and visual journaling.  There will time spent in nature and in mediation as well as time to rest and time to be unplugged. Time in stillness is a gift!
