Year End Reflection Days

 Saturday, Dec 30th

from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, lunch included

We live in a time when we need space to disengage from all of the pulls and chaos of the external world in order to find solid ground. What holds us? How do we hold ourselves and others with kindness?  What fuels us and energizes us?  How do we face loss and allow grief? Are we able to allow joy?  How do we navigate change?  What do we need?

Sometimes we need to grieve.
Sometimes we need to allow our emptiness.
Sometimes we need to be still.
Sometimes we need to be curious.
Sometimes we need help to see how we get caught in our own self protection.
Sometimes we need to be witnessed.
Sometimes we need inspiration.
Sometimes we need to trust.
Sometimes we need to invite a new way of seeing.
Sometimes we need to listen to what is sacred.
Sometimes we need to create.
Sometimes we need to share with others.

Any and all of these things are welcome as we gather for a day long reflection day.   There will be some prompts that you can work with… either by journaling, with sandtray or Soul Collage® and Journey Cirlcles. You are also, free to just follow your own heart in terms of what you explore. What is your way of letting go?  What will you invite into 2018?

This is not so much about resolutions or goals which often are about trying to will things to happen.  What happens when we relax into receiving?  What happens if we can allow ourselves to be surprised?
