Gogo Ekhaya Esima
Gogo Ekhaya is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist in the Mental Health field, a Trauma Survivor, a Spiritual Coach, and initiated Healer in the South African Sangoma tradition. She is trained in Trauma Informed Practices and blends these techniques with shamanic healing for a wholistic approach to mental wellness. As a trauma survivor, her personal struggles led her to traditional methods of healing. Gogo Ekhaya’s offerings include assisting souls on their spiritual journey, cleansing and protection, spiritual emergence guidance, and ancestral healing.

ANCESTRAL DIVINATION
A divination is required for first-time clients. It is a spiritual reading that provides you with a deep insight into your life, spiritually, mentally, and physically. The reading may include channeling my ancestral guides or other divine spirits. You will also be provided with a resolution and healing work that fits your circumstance. This reading is available in person, via phone or online.
ANCESTRAL BREATHWORK SESSION
This journey includes specific breathwork techniques to ease you into a state of spiritual exploration and deep healing. This intensive session can induce positive shifts in the body for emotional and spiritual blockages. Helpful in trauma healing, pain body work, and ceremonial release of energetic blockages.

Gogo Gretchen Krilly McKay
Gogo Gretchen is a Sangoma and Shamanic Practitioner. She has studied with master healers in the United States, including Michael Harner of FSS, Celtic shaman Tom Cowan, and internationally known shaman and author, Sandra Ingerman. Gogo Gretchen apprenticed with Traditional Doctor P.H. Mtshali (Zulu shaman) in Swaziland, Africa. She qualified as a Sangoma under his mentorship in August 2001. Gogo Gretchen currently lives in Mission Viejo and sees individual clients in her home. She often offers workshops at Pine Manor and is available for sessions in person or long distance.

Gogo Gretchen uses the African divination system of “throwing the bones” to diagnose the spiritual issues underlying dis-ease and family patterns; provides shamanic healing through spiritual extraction, soul retrieval and healing with spiritual light; uses medicinal herbs, flower essences, and aromatherapy to facilitate energetic healing through ceremony and ritual.
SHAMANIC WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
Gogo facilitates workshops for ancestral and personal healing. She also offers two year programs in advanced shamanic healing and apprenticeships for those called to this path.
