Year End Reflection Days

Early Bird Registration extended to Dec 20th

For a few years now, we have set aside time at the end of the year when people can reflect on their year.  This includes time to really look at 2012 and see what you thought about, what you felt and what you did.  It is very revealing to really take time to look at what you've done.  It is often affirming, because we don't tend to see the big picture and we forget all that we have thought about, felt and accomplised over a years journey in time.  It is also, clarifying because it gives us a perspective on how we are actually living life.   Often we are so rapidly traveling down the stream that we don't really see what our life is about or the direction we might want to go in.

Life is such an interesting combination of our intentions, our goals, our enthusiasm and the unknown and the unpredicatible.  It is the light and the dark mixed together.  We sometimes get stuck, we sometimes get lost.   It helps to be able to acknowledge this without shame or embarassment.  Our human journey is amazingly complex and we deserve lots of credit for staying engaged.   With support and awareness we can transform our lives.  We have the wonderful privelidge of learning from our mistakes which can become compost for a new garden.

There will be time to explore 2012 and to let go of those things that no longer work for you.  There will also be time to set intentions for 2013. There will be time to journal, to walk, to do a soulcollage or a sand tray to allow time for a deeper connection with one's soul.  The group will also be able to share with others some of what they have discovered.
