SOUL QUEST:
Adventure into Awareness Through Silence

Soul Quest was born out of my own personal silent retreat in Pine Manor’s “treehouse" in March 2010. The intention was to allow one question to emerge each day and to spend time in silence dropping into the questions. Each day I explored the questions that came through Soul Collage® and a sandtray. I spent time journaling and dialoging with images and with people in my life. During these 5 days, I discovered the sweetness of unrushed time and the flow of expression that had its own voice and messages to give me.
Since the retreat, I have thought about how much I have benefited from having space and time to reflect, and how much many of us need to cultivate this in our lives. Soul Quest is a unique opportunity to do this separately, yet together. Time will be spent on your own journaling, going for walks, and meditating; there will also be time for exploring and expressing through Soul Collage®, art, visual journaling, and sandtray.
This retreat is housed in silence. You will journey through an inner process of awareness that will begin with each person setting his or her INTENTIONS for the retreat and for the months ahead. This is not a meditation retreat, although there will be some time that will be spent in silent mediation. It is more of a time to listen to your own heart and be freed of the demands of everyday life and the need to converse or interact with others.

This retreat is facilitated by Gail Warner, MA, MFT. Gail brings her desire to support people in their own unfolding awareness and years of experience as therapist, teacher and retreat facilitator.

Fees for workshop ranges from $750 to $1150 depending on lodging.
This includes all meals prepared by Sharone.
If you are not able to attend this time, we will hold our next Soul Quest in March 2012.
