ZZZ Old – Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT: 

To reserve your spot on at Pine Manor a 20%  deposit is required.  The deposit is non-refundable – however should you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before the start of the retreat, you may apply 60% of your deposit toward another retreat, if scheduled within 8 months.  

SECOND DEPOSIT:

A second deposit of 30% is due six weeks prior to the beginning of the retreat.

 

FULL PAYMENT  (WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RETREAT):

Full payment is due 10 days prior to the beginning of the retreat.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when organizing Pine Manor. We have designed our cancellation policy to have some flexibility in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

 

IF YOU CANCEL THE RETREAT:

60 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:  60% credit of the cost of the full retreat toward another Pine Manor Retreat within 12 months.

0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:  no refunds or credits will be given.

To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to: kat@pinemanor.com

 

 

IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT:
Pine Manor will reimburse all funds if the retreat is cancelled by us.
