About Pine Manor
Every building at Pine Manor exists to be enjoyed, whether for teaching purposes, community gathering, or meditation and reflection.
Our Vision
Pine Manor was . . . a gathering place for spiritual and psychological exploration. The grounds evolved organically over the years providing space to hold retreats, workshops, and events that encouraged healing and empowerment.
Pine Manor was . . . a facility where therapists, body workers, energy workers, musicians and spiritual teacher held retreats. Pine Manor provided a restful and respectful surround for their offerings. We provided lodging and wonderful meals.
Pine Manor was . . . a creative canvas that displayed earth buildings, art, and meditative spaces that supported people in their own inner journeys. Our retreats were a type of creative canvas, based on inquiry, reflection, expressive arts and sharing, Gail Warner, MA, MFT, facilitated many of these, including silent retreats, men’s group, and women’s group.
Pine Manor was . . . a place that provided space and time to step outside of busy and pressure-filled lives and a time to connect with what is essential and to find renewal. What the soul needs is different for each of us. It might be that we need laughter, understanding, empowerment, compassion or rest. Or maybe we need quiet time or time be connected with others. Pine Manor offered community.
Our Founder
Mother, grandmother, earth mother, poet, dreamer, decades-long group facilitator, and body-centered psychotherapist, Gail guides others into deep connections with their soul and the soul of the natural world while endlessly and humbly walking the same journey herself.
Gail Warner, MA, MFT, is a heart healer and was the hearth keeper of Pine Manor. Gail’s vision, along with her invitational and collaborative style, allowed people from all walks of life to deepen their connection with self and others in this sacred space.
At Pine Manor Gail was the “dream weaver” who imagined a place for spiritual and psychological exploration. The ongoing weaving of that dream unfolded for nearly 30 years. Her ability to give permission and encouragement allowed people to find a second “home” at Pine Manor. It was Gail’s heart-centered care that held the sacred space, along with the support of so many others who shared her vision.

In Memory
Michael Sieck, PhD
Friend, colleague, gifted teacher, and therapist, Michael had an important role in the evolution of offerings at Pine Manor. In the early years, Gail and Michael collaborated on many retreats that they co-led. They facilitated an ongoing group and a men’s group for many years. Michael founded Three-Fold Way, a depth training program for therapists and body workers that he led for eight years. Michael passed away in the summer of 2018. His presence is still felt as teacher and guide to many who have participated in retreats and trainings over the past 20 years. We honor Michael as wise soul who brought so much to the evolution of Pine Manor and touched so many lives.
Also in memory of other teachers and friends who have shared their presence, gifts, and light with Pine Manor:
